This will be a very short post. My right arm is tired from a day of activity and I'm doing a one finger typing job.
My appointment with sugeon was at 8 yesterday. When she removed the covering, I could see immediately. I became positively giddy.. . all day. We celebrated with sushi last night.
I'm learning about a new disabiility now -- being one armed. It isn't fun. But it is temporary.
My typing limitations prevent me from expounding on how truly blessed I feel to have two functioning eyes.
More to come.
All will be well. All will be well.

Bonnie,
I'm so glad about your sight! Encouraging that you kept at it! rather than just giving up. Glad to about your infection clearing up but please be careful! Mom's urologist (she had bladder issues as well; think she even had a scope at one time as well) would not put her back on her preventative meds she'd gotten off of when he found out about her eye surgery; said it would mess her eye up, so be sure to see about that. ? about you saying your Cipro was not for treating the infection; that's what her primary always gave her for her bladder infection; granted it did seem as if it got to where it wasn't helping and she got to the point of having a kidney infection before she realized it but still he always said that's what it was for. If you could tell me more, I'd appreciate it. But mostly take care of yourself.
