I managed to avoid checking in until about 8pm so that I could go to my curriculum confernce class and also attend Eucharist in the EDS chapel. The class, and especially the Eucharist, were amazing in providing me with the grace, faith, and hope to come cheerfully into the hospital.
I have a tiny room here, though the nurses are already plotting to get me a bigger one. Tomorrow sometime I will get the central line installed in some minor surgery. I expect to sleep most of the afternoon.
I have some great pictures of my check it and even better pictures of our wonderful Eucharist. I'll write more about those soon, hopefully tomorrow.
Know that I'm fine and feeling so amazingly blessed with these six months of great health and now the finest doctors possible, and most important, the best "pray-ers" anyone could have.
